? 3rd Shift Forklift Operators
Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Starting Pay: $22+/hr + Monthly Bonus Incentive

As a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator , you'll play a key role in warehouse operations by ensuring product integrity, safe transport, and smooth trailer loading and unloading. ? Responsibilities
Perform visual quality inspections on all incoming and outgoing items
Safely stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers
Verify banding and visible load tags; confirm no missing or broken straps
Ensure accurate unit counts, truck counts, and proper documentation
Follow all safety and company policies, immediately reporting issues or incidents
Complete monthly online safety training
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
Work flexible or extended hours as needed
Handle rolls safely according to training and company procedures
Assist operators with peeling and prepping damaged rolls to prevent them from returning to stock
Unload trucks or railcars while following all required processes and documentation
? Essential Skills
Experience operating clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand‑up forklifts
Proficiency with RF scanners
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and forklift safety
Experience with warehouse organization and stock rotation
