TEKsystems Sales Representative in Costa Mesa, California

Position Details

  • Job Title: Sales Opener / Dialer

  • Employment Type: W2 Employee

  • Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour

  • Bonus Structure:

  • $20 per qualified transfer

  • $40 per qualified transfer from aged/older leads

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Reports To: John Hernandez, James Jones, Sara Kuhns

Role Overview

Tax Resolution is seeking motivated, high‑energy Sales Openers to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for individuals who are hungry, driven, and eager to build a career in sales—no tax experience required.

As a Sales Opener, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking tax relief services. Your goal is to engage prospects, gather qualifying information, and transfer interested clients to our sales or consultation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls using a dialer system

  • Engage prospective clients and identify tax relief needs

  • Collect and document basic client information for consultations

  • Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members

  • Follow up on assigned leads and maintain accurate call records

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour (bi‑weekly pay)

  • Bonuses: Earn additional income per successful transfer

Required Skills & Traits

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls

  • Experience with a dialer system or high‑volume calling environment (preferred, not required)

  • Results‑driven mindset with a strong desire to earn bonuses

Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred

  • Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply

  • Any sales background accepted (retail, call center, customer service, B2B, B2C, etc.)

  • Tax experience: Preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
