Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Intern, Program Management

you'll play a pivotal part on our Program Management team. The Program Management Intern will support project planning and execution activities within the aerospace industry, assisting program managers with scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring project documentation is up to date. The intern will gain exposure to industry best practices, stakeholder communication, and risk management. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ideal for those interested in aerospace project management.

This position contributes to our vision by:

• Assist in project scheduling and tracking milestones

• Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders

• Organize and participate in team meetings and follow up on action items

• Help maintain and update project documentation and records

• Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues and tracking mitigation plans

• Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations

• Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making

• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses

• Perform research and gather information for project proposals

• Provide administrative support to program managers as needed

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

• Learn and apply program management tools and software relevant to aerospace projects

• Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment

Internships are 12-weeks in duration and 29 hours/week.
