System One Program Manager, Project Risk Management in Corvallis, Oregon
Location: Remote (U.S. – contiguous states)
Preferred Locations: Corvallis, OR or Houston, TX (onsite candidates prioritized)

System One is seeking a Program Manager – Project Risk Management to lead the development and execution of enterprise-level risk management strategies supporting complex engineering and project environments.
This role will drive risk planning, assessment, and monitoring, providing data-driven insights to support project forecasting, decision-making, and overall program success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of project risk management strategies, processes, and tools
Oversee risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across multiple projects
Provide quantitative risk analysis impacting cost and schedule
Support proposal teams with risk identification and assessment
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and standards
Deliver training and mentorship on risk tools and best practices
Ensure consistency and accuracy of risk data across systems and platforms
Facilitate risk reviews and support project teams with mitigation strategies
Perform scenario analysis, root cause analysis, and decision-support modeling
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in:
Project risk management
Project/program management or engineering environments
Strong experience with:
Risk analysis and reporting
Cost/schedule impact assessments
PMO processes and project controls
Preferred Experience
Nuclear or highly regulated industry experience
Familiarity with tools such as:
Primavera P6
Primavera Risk Analysis
ARM, PRISM
Palisade @Risk
Key Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects
Experience working across cross-functional and matrixed teams
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810
Ability to travel as needed
