Description: The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to assist in sessions of the required trainings, conduct audits and observations, and provide feedback based on outcomes and recommendations. One of the primary duties is conduct investigations per Justice Center and OPWDD regulations. Candidates are expected to maintain investigation reports and keep up-to-date on regulations. Requirements: Associates degree and at least one year of experience in OMH/OPWDD Services. Experience in investigations and training is highly desired. Skills: Excellent organization, time management, written and verbal communication. Must be able to travel to local and regional locations for meetings and Quality Assurance activities Flexible to work occasional hours outside of regular schedule for investigation activities. Will be required to obtain and maintain certifications needed (ex: First Aid, CPR, AED, SCIP) Will be required to obtain NYS Justice Center training within 30 days NYS Drivers License that meet Company requirements To apply, please visit our website at www.jmmurray.com
