Your impact
Process all inbound shipments for serialized units, machinery, and fully owns spare parts inbound operations.
Communicate daily with customs brokers and 4PL partners to coordinate clearance and release of inbound goods.
Prepare, review, and organize all import documentation, ensuring accuracy for customs submission (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, etc.).
Coordinate freight pick‑ups (air, sea, ground) based on shipment requirements.
Monitors arrival milestones and transit updates to ensure shipments remain on schedule.
Your Experience and Qualifications
4 years’ experience in Trade Compliance and Logistics.
Bachelor's: business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar are highly desirable.
Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP, LES) or JDE is advantageous.
Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
