Description

Small busy Construction Office is seeking an administrative assistant, part-time,may lead to possible fulltime.

Knowledge of the following:

-Highly ethical and trustworthy

-Proficientin Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Business Suite, Adobe etc

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Extremely well organized and help others be the same

  • Prepare proposals, contracts/subcontracts

  • Preliminary notices and lien filings

  • Adobe Acrobat DC

  • Entry level QuickBooks

Your duties and tasks:

  • Assisting Office Manager, CEO and other staff when needed

  • Filing paper documents and maintaining project documents by scanning and filing online in proper job folders

Pay is DOE.

Job Type: Part-time
