Small busy Construction Office is seeking an administrative assistant, part-time,may lead to possible fulltime.
Knowledge of the following:
-Highly ethical and trustworthy
-Proficientin Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Business Suite, Adobe etc
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Extremely well organized and help others be the same
Prepare proposals, contracts/subcontracts
Preliminary notices and lien filings
Adobe Acrobat DC
Entry level QuickBooks
Your duties and tasks:
Assisting Office Manager, CEO and other staff when needed
Filing paper documents and maintaining project documents by scanning and filing online in proper job folders
Pay is DOE.
Job Type: Part-time
