CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to provide professional, efficient support to internal customers and departments. This role manages work orders, conference room scheduling, and internal events, acting as a key liaison across teams.

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator I
Location: Corning, NY
This is currently a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Pay Rate: $17.89/hr - $18.50
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Education: 2-year associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and Teams
Facilitate communication between departments to resolve inquiries quickly
Schedule and manage conference rooms and setup requests
Process work orders and coordinate with service partners
Support planning and execution of internal events
Maintain accurate records of requests, orders, and communications
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong phone, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office skills
Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
Professional, friendly, and positive approach to internal customers
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
