G&G Steel Welder in Cordova, Alabama
MIG welding of thick plate steel, utilizing both flux-cored and solid wire electrodes to produce quality heavy steel fabrications at our Cordova, AL location. Skills:
- Be able to read and understand Weld Procedure Specifications.
- Be able to communicate effectively with supervisor, inspector and co-workers.
- Be able to pass certification test in the specified amount of time.
- Review job specifications and scheduling with supervisor.
- Ensure accuracy of fitting prior to final weld.
- Weld fabrications per proper Weld Procedure Specifications and GSI Safety Procedures.
- Clean up work area at end of shift.
