Robert Half Regional Sales Manager in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of customer relationships and ensure sales targets are met through exceptional service and adherence to company policies. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams while contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, providing product knowledge, technical support, and timely quotations.

• Ensure high-quality outcomes by adhering to company standards, recommending process improvements, and addressing challenges as they arise.

• Prepare detailed quotations aligned with company policies and sales strategies, incorporating customer and partner insights.

• Promote complementary products by explaining technical features and adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Stay informed about new products and industry developments to better support customers.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including operations, shipping, sales, finance, and management to share updates, forecasts, and reports.

• Prepare and deliver consistent weekly and monthly reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Contribute to team objectives by exploring opportunities to enhance processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 2-4+ years of experience in a sales role, with experience in inside or outside sales preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A valid and active driver’s license is required.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
