Job Description
We are seeking a skilled assembler for an exciting opportunity on the 3rd shift and 1st shift. This role involves assembling products and inspecting materials to ensure they meet manufacturing specifications.
Responsibilities
Assemble products and inspect materials for compliance with manufacturing specifications using work instructions, work orders, sketches, and engineering drawings.
Set up and operate hydraulic and hand presses.
Use various hand-tools and power-tools, such as pneumatic torque wrench, screwdriver, and electric drill, taps, and glues for assembling, wiring, cleaning, rustproofing, and handling filters and components.
Inspect final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications.
Perform assembly support functions including washing, testing, and working on different job tasks within the department.
Utilize the company-wide computer system to check on stock, access engineering drawings, check on work order status, and other job-related manufacturing transactions.
Disassemble filters returned for credit, as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay
Starts at $19.45/hour with a progression scale to make $22.75 by month 12.
$1.50 shift differential
