Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring manufacturing excellence by supporting SPC activities, releasing jobs to production, and maintaining compliance with ISO and customer quality requirements.

Shift/Pay:
7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri (prepare to stay later)
$25-30/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
Setup and monitor SPC collecting activities.
Release all jobs prior to manufacturing.
Comply with ISO and customer QC standards, procedures, and specifications.
Prepare First Article Inspection packages in accordance with AS9102.
Develop quality inspection plans, PFMEA, control plans, and flow charts as required.
Track and upkeep PPAP requirements.
Participate in root cause and corrective action items utilizing 8D methodology.
Train quality inspectors on proper inspection techniques.
Prepare inspection method sheets.
Work Environment
The work environment includes exposure to non-toxic chemicals, chemical aroma, and dust.
Physical demands are light lifting, and there is a chance of exposure to flying debris and contact with oil in the shop

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
