Insight Global REMOTE- AI Engineering Manager in Coral Gables, Florida
Job Description
An employer is looking for a Senior AI Manager to sit remotely. The primary responsibility will be lead the team building and deploying AI and Gen AI products into existing internal applications and into SaaS platforms that the client has integrated. You will partner with business organizations to evaluate new business cases and aid the team with proper prioritization pf the project pipeline. You will partner closely with senior engineers and contribute to building AI agents in databricks. Additional tasks will include pioneering team member development/ guidance, interview/ hire/ promote team members and collaboration with application teams to identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI, and to develop, program, train the complex networks of algorithms. This will have a heavy focus on Azure products/ services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Function Apps and Azure API management.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in AI engineering
3+ years experience in leadership roles
Prior background in data science or machine learning
Experience leading teams and technical initiatives in the AI space
Background with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Function Apps and Azure API Management
Expert level python development skills
Proven background in building/ deploying AI solutions/ agents and showcasing ROI
Strong experience working with SQL Databricks experience
Experience building AI agents
