Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, supporting senior executives and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor that aligns with the company's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Coral Gables

Pay Range: $22-$25

Shift:9AM-5PM

What's the Job?

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Serve as the on-site receptionist, greeting visitors and creating a welcoming and professional front desk experience.

  • Accurately manage monthly expense reports, including reconciliation of p-card and credit card statements, with a focus on timeliness and compliance.

  • Own complex calendar management, coordinating meetings across time zones with internal teams and external partners.

  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and meeting logistics, to support executive travel needs.

What's Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably supporting executive leadership.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Availability to work in-office Monday
