Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $15.00+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
Coordinate the efficient flow of business through the dining room and surrounding areas; be conscious of flow for servers and kitchen alike. Assists in coordinating efficient clearing and re-setting of the dining areas. This includes continual rotation of job duties that include but are not limited to: Host, bussing, guest service, food expediting, food handling, food runner, bar backing, sanitation and cleanliness standards, snow removal, stocking, dining room side work, trash removal, dishwashing, etc. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. If bar backing must be able to assist with the lifting of kegs for up to 150 lbs. Ability to be on one's feet for excessive time periods of up to 6 hours.
Basic Requirements:

- Must own non-slip shoes
- Must be at least 18 years old
