Kelly Services Material Handler in Coppell, Texas
Material Handler – Warehouse | $17/hr | Full-Time (On-Site, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.)

What You’ll Do:
Pick finished goods throughout the warehouse from sales order ship lists.
Process incoming goods—unpack, verify, label, and distribute them to the right locations.
Operate material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts/cherry pickers). Certification a plus, but we’ll train you if needed!
Coordinate with shipping teams and companies for timely shipments.
Prepare products for outbound delivery and support inventory/cycle counts.
Maintain accurate records (logbooks, inventory requests, pending deliveries).
Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs or delays to supervisors.
Handle all materials carefully, with a strong focus on safety.
Must be physically able to move around the warehouse, including using racks and lifting inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in material handling, picking, packing, or shipping (preferred)
Experience with PIV/cherry pickers/certification is a big plus, but motivated, trainable candidates encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently, follow safety rules, and communicate well with the team
Strong reliability, physical ability, and a positive attitude

Full-time onsite position: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Onboarding starts with a 2-day orientation in Irving, TX; initial training may be on-site before orientation.
