Insight Global Logistics and Inventory Associate in Coppell, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Logistics and Inventory Associate to support an international electronics group specializing in the fields of electronic test equipment, broadcast & media, cybersecurity, and radiocommunication. This role will be sitting in Coppell, TX onsite. Daily responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and tracking project shipments across the US. This individual will be overseeing 5-10 projects at any given time and will be unpacking demo equipment to support the company Sales team. Additional responsibilities include:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years of Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, or logistics/inventory experience
- Knowledge of domestic shipping practices
- Ability to navigate different carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.)
- Must be highly detail oriented
