Job Summary and Qualifications

*You will: *

  • Initiates complaint investigations and ensures completion in a timely manner

  • Completes assigned reports on time consistently

  • Handles customer complaints in a professional manner

  • Requests medical records as needed

  • Coordinates the review of complaints investigation

  • Completes customer service reports, including WCI

  • Maintains customer service scores for each clinic

  • Tracks patients and sends patient letters

  • Completes assigned reports on time consistently

  • Helps with training new managers on customer service

  • Informs Director of Compliance,VPsand Market Managers of problems as they arise

  • Assists with reporting, meetings, provides and ensures customer service data is completed

You Should Have:

  • Understanding of medical terminology or medical office experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service or help desk capacity

  • High School Diploma or higher is required

  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively to different level of leadership

  • Intermediate or higher experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
