Job Summary and Qualifications
*You will: *
Initiates complaint investigations and ensures completion in a timely manner
Completes assigned reports on time consistently
Handles customer complaints in a professional manner
Requests medical records as needed
Coordinates the review of complaints investigation
Completes customer service reports, including WCI
Maintains customer service scores for each clinic
Tracks patients and sends patient letters
Completes assigned reports on time consistently
Helps with training new managers on customer service
Informs Director of Compliance,VPsand Market Managers of problems as they arise
Assists with reporting, meetings, provides and ensures customer service data is completed
You Should Have:
Understanding of medical terminology or medical office experience
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service or help desk capacity
High School Diploma or higher is required
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively to different level of leadership
Intermediate or higher experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
