What You Can Expect
As a Medical Education & Events Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our international Medical Education and Events team across the region. As part of this job you will be responsibile for assistin in the planning, execution and reconciliation of logistic organization of events whether virtual, physical, or hybrid, sales & marketing meetings and congresses.
How You'll Create Impact
Support the development of meeting goals & objectives under the MedTech Europe guidelines and Corporate Compliance program
Assist in planning for events and booth development for congresses, mainly from back-office point of view
Preparation of budgets (preliminary, working and final meeting budgets)
On-site execution focused on the Customer Experience.
Ensure outcome of the meetings, as well as corporate events and congresses, align to Corporate Goals & Objectives.
Develop event materials, manage food & beverage, Time & Events schedules, Arrival & Departures manifests, Banquet & Event Orders, housing lists and confirmation notices, HCPs process related requirements both internal and external.
Effectively interface with a diverse group of internal and external personnel to include senior management, distributors, sales associates, customers, travel office and vendors.
Manage post-event duties including invoice reconciliation, charge backs and expense analysis
Travel management especially for HCPs (Health-care professional) process related requirements both internal and external.

Your Background
Degree in commercial education or commercial apprenticeship preferably in the meeting and congress industry or other commercial industry or similar
Ideally 2-3 years’ coordinator experience in events and back-office environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
