Twin City Staffing is hiring a residential construction foreman for a premier construction and landscaping company in the Twin Cities. This position is ideal for a highly motivated leader with hands-on experience in residential construction. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $25 - $35 per hour (Depending on experience) with a valid driver s license Hours: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 am - 5:30 pm Benefits of the residential construction foreman: PTO: 1 week in the first year; 2 weeks in year two 401(k) with a 3% employer match Supplemental insurance with company contribution up to $520 per year Career advancement opportunities Paid holidays Weekly pay Uniforms provided Duties of the residential construction foreman include: Lead and manage a crew of 2 6 team members on residential construction projects Oversee daily job site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship Perform hands-on work including: Deck building Porch construction Fence installation Roofing Siding Window and door installation Framing and footings Communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members Coordinate with clients, managers, vendors, and subcontractors Schedule and manage material deliveries and call-ahead orders Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and completion of work Requirements of the residential construction foreman: 3+ years of residential construction experience with specific expertise in decks, doors, fences, porches, roofing, siding, and windows Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. daily and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and tools Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience Builders License required Additional Information: Apply today!
