Receptionist / Admin
Job Responsibilities:
*Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks such as:
Scheduling appointments, calendar management, directing deliveries.
*Assist in setting up meeting room for clients as needed throughout the day.
*Providing basic information to visitors and callers.
*Keeping track and ordering office supplies. Handling mail, faxes, and other office communications.
*May also include tasks like photocopying, filing, and data entry.
*Handling sensitive information with discretion. Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
*Experience in AP, billing, handling invoices, accounting, Xcel and Word.
*Comfortable with walking up and down 1 flight of stairs a few times throughout the day.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
