Adecco US, Inc. Manufacturing Team Leader in Cookeville, Tennessee
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Team Leader in the Cookeville, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead area production activities to meet schedule and output goals
Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to operators and other support staff.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met
Monitor line performance, track KPI's, and address issues in real time
Troubleshoot downtime, defects, and process issues
Maintain standard work and ensure compliance on the floor
Support Lean/continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, waste reduction)
Track scrap, inventory, and production data
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing experience
2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting
Post-secondary degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
