Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support basic warehouse operations with a primary focus on inventory management. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, organizing materials, and assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts
Accurately record inventory data and report discrepancies
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Label, sort, and organize products within the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners)
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or inventory experience a plus
Basic math and counting skills
Ability to read and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
Dependable with good attendance record
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
