Job Description:

12 month W2 contract

Remote in the US

Pay Rate: \$18-\$22 an hour

\ Role & Responsibilities

Role context

• Supports CDWs ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) / e-recycling program.
• Works closely with manaher (who runs the program day to day) and reports up
• Primarily an administrative / operations role, not technical and not customer-facing.

Key responsibilities

• SOW (Statement of Work) Handling
  • Receive partner SOWs from manager and/or third-party ITAD partners.
  • Convert partner SOWs into customer-facing SOWs: clean up formatting, run through internal systems, and make it pretty and presentable.
  • Return finalized SOWs to manager to present to the seller and customer.
• Systems & Tools
  • Work within Salesforce (core system used).
  • Use Agiloft for workflow/contracts.
  • Possible but not guaranteed use of Vision (may be phased out).
• Collaboration & Stakeholders
  • Day-to-day: work hand in hand with manager
  • Limited but possible interaction with third-party ITAD partners (to understand process, contacts, and escalation paths).
  • Minimal to no direct customer interaction; largely internal and process-driven.
• Work style
  • Handle a high volume of requests: currently \1115 ITAD requests per day starting the process, converting to SOWs as they progress.
  • If volume grows there is openness to adding another resource.
