Aerotek Process Technician in Conyers, Georgia

Job Title: Process Technician II Job Description

As a Process Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and adjusting manufacturing processes to ensure safe, stable, and high-quality production. You will perform machine setup, troubleshooting, mechanical and minor electrical repairs, quality checks, and support injection molding operations while adhering to standard operating procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor manufacturing processes for safety and stability.

  • Perform machine setups and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct mechanical and minor electrical repairs.

  • Execute quality checks and support injection molding operations.

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in process monitoring and machine setup.

  • Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs.

  • Expertise in injection molding and mold changeovers.

  • Knowledge of robotics configuration and EOAT maintenance.

  • Capability in quality control and SOP compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in cycle time monitoring and equipment inspection.

Work Environment

Work on a swing 2-2-3 shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, focusing on injection molding processes. Engage with cutting-edge technologies and equipment in a facility that prioritizes safety and adherence to quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conyers, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
