CONWAY Customer Service Associate OESCO, Inc. is a family-owned, owner-operated business that has been supplying orchards and farms with quality equipment, supplies, and service since 1954. We take pride in supporting our agricultural community and are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our small, dedicated team. Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site role focused on providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in an often fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Enter customer orders accurately into the system Provide counter service and assist walk-in customers Help customers identify parts and retail products Support general front-end and office operations and other team needs Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using POS systems and computers Ability to learn new software and internal systems Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility Team player with a positive, helpful attitude Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid holidays include New Year\'s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus/Indigenous People\'s Day, Veteran\'s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
