Our client, a leader in the cold storage and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Project Rework Associate to join their team. As a Project Rework Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting critical rework projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.
Job Title: Project Rework Associate
Location: Conway, AR
Pay Range: $16
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm
What's the Job?
Perform rework tasks in cold storage environments, ensuring quality and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and dress appropriately for 35-degree temperatures
Support project timelines and communicate effectively with team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Assist with backfill and other related duties as assigned
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Ability to work in cold storage conditions and dress appropriately
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
