Description
An established and growing construction company is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This hands-on leadership opportunity offers hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and robust benefits.
What You'll Do:
Lead all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
Design, implement, and monitor internal controls
Oversee AP, AR, billing, inventory, and cost accounting functions
Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
Mentor and develop accounting team members

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
5–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills and deep GAAP knowledge
Project accounting, job costing, and process improvement experience
Demonstrated leadership ability
