Job Opportunity: Service Advisor

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Service Advisor to drive business growth and manage service operations. This role combines active sales/prospecting with technical service coordination , ensuring a seamless experience from the first cold call to the final repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Prospecting: Generate leads via cold calling and canvassing; negotiate pricing to secure new accounts and meet profit goals.

  • Service Management: Conduct visual inspections, diagnose customer concerns, and create detailed repair estimates/work orders.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for progress updates, repair explanations, and conflict resolution.

  • Workflow Coordination: Schedule technician labor, track job deadlines, and finalize billing/collections upon completion.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and recommend product adjustments to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven ability to sell services and manage technical estimates.

  • Software: Proficiency in CDK software and Microsoft Office is required.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between customers and mechanics.

  • Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an open-shop environment (varying temperatures/weather).
