Essa posição é para atuar em regime presencial, em Contagem - MG.

Who will you be working with?

You will collaborate with the Tech Lead, Senior Developers, Junior Developers, QA Analysts, and the Product Owner. You will work within a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on delivering robust and maintainable software solutions using VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle.

How will you make a difference?

You will design, develop, and maintain key components of a Windows Forms application using VB.NET and C#. You will work with SQL Server and Oracle databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability. Your contributions will strengthen the overall system architecture, support technical decision-making, improve maintainability, and help drive best engineering practices across the team. You will also support continuous improvement and help mentor less experienced developers.

What do we want to know about you?

Required

• Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, and Windows Forms development.

• Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

• Established project management skills.

• Intermediate English is desirable, including participation in technical discussions, reading, and writing documentation.

What will your typical day look like?

• Develop and maintain Windows Forms applications using VB.NET and C#.

• Design, implement, and optimize database operations in SQL Server and Oracle.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and senior developers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews for junior developers and provide constructive technical guidance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of fixes.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for features, modules, and system components.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and team workflows.
