Job Description/Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a strong understanding of various production processes. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production line.

Must be motivated and detail-oriented as Production Operator to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis, working from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring precision and safety standards are met, and supporting the overall efficiency of our production line. Your expertise in mechanical systems, tooling, and manufacturing techniques will be vital in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Operate one or more machine or special purpose machines to crush and or size raw materials to specifications on production basis by performing the following duties:

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Lifts materials manually or using forklift to secure in fixture or loads automatic feeding device

· Forklift inspection before every shift

· Starts machine, engages feed, and observes operation

· Inspects and sizes products to verify conformance to specifications

· Moves machine controls and guides to adjust machine

· Replaces worn machine accessories, using hand tools.

· Tends machines and equipment other than crushing/grinding equipment

· Must be able to manually load 50 lbs. onto pallet

· Record and keep accurate records for all production at end of each shift (production report -- detailing the day)

· Other duties as assigned
