EPAM Systems Junior IT Support Technician (part time) - IT Infrastructure Specialist in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and office infrastructure
Manage hardware inventory including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking of IT assets
Maintain server room infrastructure and monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal system performance
Implement and document IT procedures while adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Requirements
2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or similar IT support role
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common business applications
Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking fundamentals
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment while meeting established SLAs
