AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation Application Developer III in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Design, develop, support, and add new capabilities to our customer support platform applications built on SAP Commerce solution, supporting large customer base across multiple storefronts. Work on state-of-the-art front-end technologies within eCommerce customer support platform. Analyze, design, and implement React & Redux based front-end components and build the front-end UI. Provide architectural insight into new JavaScript UI framework. Work with backend RESTful APIs, and scale and optimize the performance of front-end applications. Measure application performance using APM platforms such as Dynatrace. Work closely with business analysts and team members to understand the business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Collaborate with the design team to understand the design requirements and implement them into code. Provide guidance and support to front-end development team as needed, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct code review and provide feedback to other developers to ensure code quality and consistency. Participate in the planning and development of new projects, providing input on technical feasibility, scope, and timelines. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production. Ensure website and application responsiveness, optimization for performance, and accessibility to users with disabilities. Working with SAP back-end developers to integrate the front-end code with the back-end systems and APIs. In performing such duties, will utilize JIRA, SLACK, Confluence, and Jenkins. Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, and 4 years of experience in the following: using ReactJS, VUE, or Angular to build ecommerce applications; and using Redux or Flux to build ecommerce applications, using Java Script to support UI frameworks, using Agile methodology to manage projects, utilizing JIRA and Confluence for development processes, documentation, and integration of tools and systems, and measuring application performance using an APM platform.
