Job Description GPI is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to oversee construction inspection and contract administration for a municipal sanitary sewer replacement project that will transition into a Complete Streets roadway reconstruction. This role will serve as the Owner's on-site representative, responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with contract documents, agency standards, and applicable regulations throughout both phases of the project. The ideal candidate brings strong utility construction experience, understands urban streetscape coordination, and is comfortable managing projects that evolve from underground infrastructure to multimodal roadway improvements.
