What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, providing support and directing inquiries appropriately

  • Learn and support daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete

  • Communicate schedules and changes clearly with drivers, plant operations, and customers

  • Assist with entering, tracking, and updating orders using dispatch and production systems

  • Monitor job progress and support adjustments to schedules as needed

  • Support a strong safety culture by promoting compliance with company and regulatory standards

Work Environment

  • This role is based in an office environment and works closely with drivers, plant staff, and customers. The position requires the ability to remain organized and focused while responding to changing priorities throughout the day.

  • This is a seasonal position, typically working full-time during peak months (approximately 8 months per year), with the potential for a temporary layoff during winter months and the opportunity to return as business needs increase.

  • Competitive base salary $42,620 - $50,080
