What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production targets

  • Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with site standards

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and mechanical systems safely and effectively

  • Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment

  • Capability to perform basic equipment checks and identify issues

  • Dependable communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced production setting

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

  • $29.42 per hour plus and additional $0.50 per hour 2nd shift rate
