Role: Digital Asset Manager – Color Wow
Location: CT
The Color Wow / L’Oreal team is looking for a passionate, pro-active and detail-oriented candidate to join the Ecomm Team focused to drive a best in class digital experience. As a content champion, you will be focused on executing a content framework by working with digital asset management platforms and leading end to end workflow processes supporting key stakeholders. They will manage the broader digital ecosystem relates to digital content, syndication, and KPI measurement supporting cross functional teams through training, education and reporting against the digital shelf. The candidate must have strong communication & organizational expertise with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing internal and external resources to effectively bring projects to life.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of brand content playbooks to key stakeholders ensuring all global-local guidelines and Retailer/Industry requirements are harmonized and achieved.
Manage content workflows, in our OPERA content management platform, as a “hands on keyboard” manager, to streamline communication, improve timelines & ensure publication, execution and availability across channels for all markets.
Play active role in driving adoption of digital shelf compliance, digital shelf measurement/Insights and act as subject matter expert across relevant platforms.
Manage, catalogue, traffic, and deliver all assets (images/copy templates, etc.) to OPERA for local execution to retailers
Manage 1P rights management and documentation
Plan and execute asset delivery based on launch calendars and timelines; working directly with Marketing/Local
Facilitate the uploading of digital assets and product information (launch and re-launch)
Promote the use of the digital asset management (DAM), Product Information (PIM), and Salsify systems & support ongoing user interface optimization/enhancements according to best practices & user feedback
Work closely with Digital team(s) on key projects (ex. Alt Imagery/Copy Overhauls) to ensure consumer insights (SEO optimizations, user testing, etc.) are driving the strategy
Liaise with LUXE HQ & other brand teams to collaborate & share/implement best practices
Create & maintain Global Product Content Library as a resource for the Marketing Team (PDP Copy, Alt Imagery, ILs, Social Assets, etc.)
Shifting from box.com to another platform
Dependent on new assets/monthly
Assist with defining & documenting cross-functional processes and procedures
Impeccable attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving and multi-tasking
Completes all projects and tasks mindful of brand budget
Requirements:
1-3 years of Digital Asset Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Shelf and-or Content Experience
Must be able to work within timelines, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
