Dean Custom Awnings Part-Time Bookkeeper in Congers, New York
Must be familiar with QuickBooks Dekstop Program, know how to make invoices, do monthly reconciliations of bank statements,collect payment from customers, generate/input finance plans, maintain organized files/records, perform quarterly reports, be responsible for accounts payable/receivable, process payroll. The position is temporary, running from March-November. Work hours: from 9am-2pm. Total hours per week 12-16.
