Actalent Planner Scheduler in Concord, North Carolina
Description
Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Collect, review, and verify documentation and recorded data from technicians and engineering teams to ensure GxP alignment.
Generate, schedule, and manage work orders while ensuring complete and accurate GxP documentation standards are met.
Enter, update, and maintain records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in accordance with GMP/GxP requirements.
Support audit readiness by ensuring all maintenance and scheduling records are traceable, accurate, and inspection-ready.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of technicians, engineers, and planners (10+ team members).
Ensure data integrity, version control, and timely closure of work orders in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Planner, Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator, or similar role.
GxP Documentation:
Experience working in GMP/GxP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or life sciences strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience handling controlled documentation, work order records, and compliance-driven data entry.
Experience with INFOR preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with other CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, RAM) highly preferred.
Industry Experience: Life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $42.00/hr.
