Our Child Behavioral Health Urgent Care Services team delivers timely, compassionate support to children and adolescents facing acute behavioral health needs.
Your Role:
As a Nurse Manager, you will:
- Oversee clinical operations and provide strategic leadership for your unit.
- Guide and support clinical staff to meet care and program goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify and resolve patient flow challenges to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to staff development, program innovation, and organizational success.
What You Bring:
- Associates degree in Nursing (required).
- Active North Carolina RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with mental health, I/DD, or substance use diagnoses.
- At least 1 year of experience in substance use treatment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
