We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Compton, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building long-term patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact in an underserved community. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
Compensation
$285,000–$335,000 based on experience
Potential sign-on bonus
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Monday–Friday schedule
Two Saturdays per month
Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked
Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)
Clinic Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages
Perform preventive visits, physicals, and routine evaluations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff
Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical oversight and mentorship
Build trusted relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
MD or DO
Completion of Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active California license or ability to obtain
Spanish bilingual preferred
