Family Medicine Physician

Compton, California

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Compton, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building long-term patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact in an underserved community. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.

Compensation

  • $285,000–$335,000 based on experience

  • Potential sign-on bonus

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Two Saturdays per month

  • Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked

  • Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)

Clinic Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages

  • Perform preventive visits, physicals, and routine evaluations

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

  • Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff

  • Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical oversight and mentorship

  • Build trusted relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Completion of Family Medicine residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Active California license or ability to obtain

  • Spanish bilingual preferred
