El Líder de Ventas es responsable de desarrollar clientes y liderar la ejecución comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de sell in, sell out y distribución, asegurando relaciones de colaboración y alineamiento estratégico. El rol impulsa la correcta ejecución promocional, el uso eficiente de recursos, y la calidad de la información clave enviada por los clientes. También lidera reuniones de negocio, analiza indicadores de mercado y desempeño, propone planes de acción y contribuye en el forecast, la planificación comercial y la expansión. Además, garantiza la implementación de negociaciones estratégicas, identifica oportunidades y vela por los activos y procesos establecidos por la compañía.
Lo Que Harás
Cumplir objetivos de sell in, sell out y distribución, asegurando la ejecución comercial, el calendario promocional y el uso adecuado de recursos en cada cliente.
Apoyar la estrategia local de Go to Market y liderar la implementación de negociaciones, monitoreando indicadores de precios, ventas, inventarios y mercado.
Gestionar entrenamientos al equipo de ventas del distribuidor en aspectos técnicos de los neumáticos, así como en habilidades de atención , servicio y ventas.
Acompañar e influir en las revendas y sus representantes para garantizar alineación con las estrategias de Goodyear y calidad en la información reportada.
Realizar reuniones de negocio mensuales, proponer planes de acción, contribuir al forecast y apoyar la planificación comercial y de expansión de los clientes.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora, asegurar la correcta gestión de procesos comerciales y velar por el buen uso de los activos y herramientas de trabajo de la compañía.
Lo Que Buscamos
Formación universitaria en Administración, Economía, Marketing o Ingeniería (Mecánica, Eléctrica o Mecatrónica); posgrado deseable.
Inglés en nivel intermedio.
Experiencia mínima de 4 años en funciones de asesoría o liderazgo en ventas.

Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva.
Liderazgo, dinamismo y capacidad para trabajar con sinergia en equipo.
Dominio de herramientas informáticas, incluyendo Excel en nivel intermedio–avanzado.
