We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Commerce City, Colorado. This Monday--Thursday, 6:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m. schedule means you enjoy a three-day weekend every week.

Position Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Package, label, lot and stack all products.
· Make boxes in preparation for packing.
· Visually inspect products for defects.
· Move boxes from line to skids for wrapping and transport.
· Assist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare Medical products.
· Operate all forklifts.
· Daily trash and cardboard disposal.
· Provide support in other areas of manufacturing as needed.
· Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment.
· Participate in training other Operators as needed.

Promote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings.
· General facility and production clean up as needed.
· Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor working between production and blending.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of production or warehouse experience and knowledge of production processes
· Able to identify lot and/or production numbers for consistency and accuracy
· Ability to read, write and speak English
· Previous experience working in a team-based environment
· Must have basic math skills

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Lifting required of up to 40lbs unassisted and over 40lbs with lifting aides
· Continuous reaching/working overhead
· Frequently stands, walks, sits, climbs, pushes, pulls, and carry items
· Work environment subject to seasonal temperature variations
