We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Parts/Shop Helper to join our full-time team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a shop environment. The Shop Helper reports to the Shop Manager.

Qualifications:

·       Must be 18 years or older

·       High school diploma or GED preferred

·       Provide two forms of identification

·       Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in the industry is a plus

·       Strong organizational and communication skills

·       Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more

·       Ability to work in various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods

·       Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

·       A willingness to work extended hours as needed

·       Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist with organizing and incoming parts and materials

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and parts storage areas

·       Help with basic shop tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, organizing tools and power washing equipment

·       Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and shipments as necessary

·       Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment

·       Support the shop team with basic mechanical or maintenance tasks, as assigned

·       Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

·       Perform other general labor duties as required

Working Conditions:

·       Shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery and outside weather conditions

·       May require occasional lifting, bending, and physical tasks

Compensation:

·       Pay Range: $20-$25 (based on experience)
