Pay:
- $80,000/yr - $130,000/yr is the starting rate, depending on experience
Shift
1st shift, 5am - 1:30pm
Will be on 1st shit but must be open to assisting on 2nd or 3rd shift if needed, and weekends.
Job Description:
Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team in a fast-paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing-oriented equipment including mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
Knowledge of printing presses and associated auxiliaries are preferred.
Good working knowledge of parts management.
Good working knowledge of building systems and property management.
Demonstrated effective communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate across many levels of an organization and drive change when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to utilize computer systems to collect and analyze data.
Working knowledge of CI disciplines such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Process Variability Reduction is a plus.
Working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field; either a mechanical or electrical discipline or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics type field required.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
