Description We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Commerce, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle and support onboarding efforts. The role also includes the potential to transition into an HR Generalist position, providing a dynamic and growth-oriented career path.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience through various sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
• Support HR functions as needed, with the potential to transition into an HR Generalist role.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• B2B recruiting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
