Medicine | IM Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep

Visiting Scholar in the Division of PCCS in the Department of Internal Medicine; embarks on a program of research involving the (name the research project/focus); researches new methods; analyzes data; prepares research results for professional publications; prepares manuscripts; assists with the design of new grant applications, collection of preliminary data and organization and writing of grants.

Additional Information:

Minimum Education and Skills/Experience Required/Desired

Bachelor’s degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology or microbiology required; experience in molecular biology or immunology preferred; ability to translate, adapt and apply academic or practical knowledge in the conduct of biological/health science research preferred; prior research experience in autoimmune diseases desired. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen
