Responsibilities

As a

n

, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.

You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
• Train your crewonvarious kinds of tools and equipment
• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction

Qualifications

:

• Safety is a part of your day-to-day
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy ahands-onapproach to your work
• You are looking forlong-termprojects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
• You know the telecom construction industry:Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work

MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position.

Compensation of $30-$40 per hour, depending on the experience.
