What You'll Do
- As aSr.Manager, Product Managementyour daily to-dos will shift with business needs, buthere'sa snapshot of what to expect:
- Carries out varying P&L responsibilitiesforePAand Automation solutions,including providing guardrails on pricing, deal support, and managing financials
- LeveragesAI/LLM tools to develop new product features that supportePA
- Proactively engages with Commercial and Operations teams toidentifyvalue proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and properly position products in the marketplace
- Owns transformational go-to-market strategies, uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when totake action, engage, and adjust
- Leads conflict resolution among conflicting Product Management initiatives across the organization or segment, and is accountable for prioritization
- Ensures features and product direction are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and makes recommendations to leadership
- Frequently interacts with direct reports, outside customers, and functional peer groups at management levels.
- Manages daily activities and direction of a group of individual contributors who are typically in a P4 or below career level and performing similar tasks within a specific group, product, or suite
Skills
You'll
- Degree or equivalent experience. 9+ years of product management experience and 1+ years ofsupervisory and/or managementexperience
- Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Experience working directly withHealth Systems andhealthcare providers
- Well-roundedproductmanagement experience including leading products through discovery, build and go-to-market
- Proventrack recordofinfluencingstakeholders from diverse teams and disciplines toidentifyand deliver solutions that drive results and solve key customer challenges
- Experience leading transformational initiatives with cross functional teams
- Experience working with C-suite, strongpresentation skills and executive presence
- P&L orfinancial managementexperience
