Skilled ( >3 experience Finance / Tax / Insurance Permanent Full - Time Sr. Director Financial Controller The Sr Director, Financial Controller provides enterpriselevel leadership for global accounting operations across the U.S., UK, Philippines, and Chile. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting; maintains a strong internal control environment; and leads the modernization of the controllership function as the business evolves. A deep foundation in accounting, technical standards, and global compliance is essential. The role operates within a datadriven, technologyenabled environment and partners closely with FP&A, Technology, and business leaders to drive operational excellence and financial clarity. Role Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Accounting Oversight Lead global accounting operations, ensuring that accounting processes align with the needs of a modern service and SaaSsupported business model, including consistent policies, processes, and standards across all legal entities. Oversee accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, ensuring strong reconciliation, review, and documentation disciplines. Consolidate global results for internal and external reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidence in financial statements. Serve as the organization's primary authority on U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including interpretation, policies, and technical accounting matters.
